Attendance and Punctuality

As a school we work hard to ensure all attend working proactively with families to support good attendance and punctuality. Each week we hold an attendance meeting in which lateness, attendance patterns/percentages and Leave from Learning requests are discussed. This has had a positive impact on supporting families and improving our overall attendance and punctuality.

It is a parents legal duty to ensure their children (of compulsory school age who are registered at school) attend regularly. As a school we work with Calderdale Education Welfare Services. Our Education Welfare Officer (EWO) is Mrs Glenys Craig.
